Cooking has always been relaxing to me, puts me into a comfort zone. In my 20s I really wanted to go to Culinary School but couldn’t afford to. Now, I have the means to do what I’ve always wanted to do, and I'm living out my dream to the fullest. I’m now enrolled in Escoffier Culinary school and honing my baking skills and becoming the Pastry Chef that I have always aspired to be. This accomplishment will allow me to continue growing my business to share with you all.
